Luc Furniture LLC provides custom furniture and cabinetry design, fabrication, and installation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We offer consultations to discuss project details, design preferences, budgets, and to take measurements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring site access during consultations. Estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted if project specifications, materials, or dimensions change.

Design concepts, drawings, renderings, and material selections are prepared based on the information provided by the client and must be reviewed and approved before production begins. Revisions beyond the initial agreed scope may result in additional design fees. All designs, drawings, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Luc Furniture LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

A deposit (typically 50% unless otherwise) is required prior to the start of production, with the remaining balance due before delivery or upon completion. Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Estimated completion timelines are approximate and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are clear, accessible, and properly prepared. Luc Furniture LLC provides a limited one-year warranty covering workmanship defects; however, this does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, environmental damage, or natural variations in wood grain and finishes. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
