At LUC Furniture, we bring luxury directly to your space with professional on-site installation. We do not ship products; instead, our team ensures your furniture is delivered and installed safely and efficiently.

Scheduling Installation
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule an installation date that works best for you. Please ensure the installation location is accessible and prepared for our team to complete the work.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Deposits & Work Requests
A deposit is required to begin work on custom or made-to-order items. You may request to pause or stop work, but the deposit is non-refundable. This covers design, production planning, and materials reserved for your order.

Damaged Items
If any item is found damaged during installation, please notify our team immediately. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your experience meets our standards.
